What are we looking for...
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Environmental Manager who will be responsible for managing the Environmental studies for the development and construction of new photovoltaic plants in Italy from green field up to RTB status.
What would be your responsibilities...
- Select the right external professionals needed to develop a full Environmental Impact assessment according to the Italian regulation.
- Manage and coordinate activities by external, and internal team, in order to meet deadlines and quality, while ultimately pursuing the approbation of the EIA by the National/regional entity.
- Summarize all the specialist reports (Geologist, architecture, archeological, agronomical, etc) and converge them into a high-Quality full EIA report.
- Optimize and coordinate alongside the Engineering Manager, the optimal solution for each project.
- Detect and prevent possible outcomes and responses of the EIA in order to anticipate them in the first EIA report.
- Follow up the open procedures aiming to answer efficiently to all administrative requirements.
- Represent the company in front of any entity in matters regarding the EIA.
- Capacity to identify possible fatal flows, with a view to limiting the time required to develop Spin Energy’s pipeline.
Being capable to assess and correct studies done by thirds parties.
What are our requirements...
- Degree in Environmental Science, or similar
- Registered and capable of signing EIA studies in Italy,
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) with demonstrable track record in the field of photovoltaic plant development, in the evaluation and thematic mapping of environmental and territorial aspects and constraints in Italy, in the technical drafting and signature of the documentation for the EIA procedures for photovoltaic plants, as well as know the steps of the authorization process,
- Knowledge of the legislative requirements (national and regional) required for the authorization procedures: PAS, AU, PAUR, VIA, VAS
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools: Autocad, QGIS / ArGIS, GPS or other design software for drawing up tables.
- Knowledge of English level B2 or higher..
- Knowledge and coordination in the execution of the Environmental plan during construction phase.
- The profile is completed by a dynamic and proactive personality, excellent analysis and synthesis skills and willingness to travel throughout the national territory.
