SPIN Energy is a leading developer of utility scale renewable energy assets in Europe with a focus on Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. We specialize in the greenfield development of renewable energy projects from inception to Ready to Build (RTB). Operating at gigawatt scale, our focus allows us to become a clear partner of choice to both EPCs and IPPs.
We take a data driven approach to identify suitable locations across Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. This approach enables us to operate at a nationwide scale, deliver projects to the Ready to Build (RTB) stage faster and with lower levels of project morbidity compared to other developers. We have a track record of going from initial grid application and land identification to Ready to Build (RTB) in less than 12 months.

Our goal is to create high quality, easy to buy projects for our buyers, in the fastest possible timeframe. We have a proven ability to go from initial land selection and grid application to fully permitted ready to build status in less than 12 months on utility scale projects, defined as 50MW+

SPIN Energy aims to accelerate the European energy transition by developing renewable power plants in environmentally sustainable European sites close to the electricity grid. Our projects are designed in synergy with the environmental context of the site and locally present industrial and economic activities.
We want to contribute to regional energy transition via refurbishment of degraded sites, optimization of energy bill, local labour activities, reduction of the carbon footprint and increase of energy production in the agricultural setting.
